2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, prices, billing, and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at waterlabsupport@gmail.com.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 5-12 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

Due to high workload at the postal provider, delays may occur. We therefore ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.

If delivery delays occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: waterlabsupport@gmail.com.

Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply as you, the customer, are importing the product you order privately.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive a product you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification must be sent to waterlabsupport@gmail.com. Your name, address, email address, order number, and the products to be returned must be clearly stated in your message.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value for used or damaged products from the refund amount.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and

where the seal has been broken by you.

Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products, specifically tailored for you or with a distinct personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service being started without a right of withdrawal.

Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Grievances

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to make a complaint?

Any errors or defects must always be reported to waterlabsupport@gmail.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reproduce the exact appearance of the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

By shopping at Mamini, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We value your personal integrity and do not collect more data than necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties without a legal basis.

Mamini is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to adapt marketing to your individual needs.

The shipping companies we collaborate with are: Postnord.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters.
